Childrens opinions should matter more
¸·I believe that children's opinions should matter more·¸
Persuasive argument!
Children's opinions are much more important than you think, quite a lot of children's ideas and opinions can be used depending on where you are and the argument. Many children struggle when telling people about their opinions, for example if a child would like to explain their idea to an adult it would be so much easier for them to speak to you if adults and some people listened.
Children's opinions can be very important in many different situations, You could say that children don't know a lot of the complexities of many situations compared to adults. But children will always know what they like, dislike and hate. Children under the age of 18 have always had to show respect according to adults. Respect is always a good thing to have for people but what if someone is 23 or 30 whats makes them so important that they don't have to show respect to children's or anyone's opinions?
Kids find it difficult to explain and be able to articulate their feelings and beliefs. A Lot of children's ideas can be quite unreal and confusing but therefore adults should still listen to them. Different kids have different opinions and Every child will agree to disagree with alot of other children, some kids have pretty big ideas and pretty small ideas but they both still deserve the same amount of respect.
Children can be very argumentative in some situations whether they agree or disagree with your opinion. You can't judge a child's beliefs, depending on what their beliefs are. Letting a child explain their opinion to you will slowly improve their social skills because they will begin to become more confident in themselves while speaking.
In conclusion, I think that children's opinions should be heard and listened to more, it's a waste of kids' strong opinions and great ideas. to not listen to them. I think these three reasons prove that children shouldnt be unheard, have I convinced you on this argument?
For writing we had to make a peice of writing for persuasive writing, this peice of work was quite a while ago because we did persuasive writing last term. I did make heaps more but out of them all this is my favourite one. This writing peice explains why I think childrens opinions should matter more than they should. I have 3 points an introduction and conclusion, I hope you enjoy reading this blog post and have a nice day! :)

persuasive writing on why I should get a bunny
Why I should get a bunny
I believe that I should be able to get a bunny because bunnies are very kind animals. They take lots of work which keeps you active and motivated. Bunnies are inside animals, the reasons why they belong inside are because they are prey animals so any animal can really eat them, which wouldn’t be good to keep them outside if you have a dog or a different animal that could easily eat it.
First of all you wouldn’t have to care for the animal because that would be my full responsibility. Bunnies take full care which will keep me active and I won't become lazy. It will also keep me entertained and busy, it will give me something to do throughout the day which will get me off my devices.
It will give me responsibility, and if I learn responsibility at a young age it will prepare me for the future. There are plenty of things that it will prepare me for because responsibility is a very important thing to learn at a young age. And if we had an animal in our house and I had to look after it, it would teach many things about animals. So if I get a child or an animal when I'm older I will be completely prepared for the experience.
The last point is going to be about its breed. Most bunnies are completely safe and do not affect younger children. Bunnies are small prey animals, they are very caring and need full attention. They are very curious animals which they will happily just roam around the house without bothering anyone. They are mainly meant to stay in their cage either inside or outside.
In conclusion I think that I should be able to get a bunny and care for it.
For writing we were working on persuasive writing. This writing peice was made a little bit ago because I didn't know what to post so I decided to post this. We had to choose an animal to write a peice of persuasive writing about, I chose to do a bunny because I thought those types of animals would be nice to care for. The imformation I got about how to care for a bunny surprised me oh how much work and attention bunnys need. Would you like to have a bunny? tell me in the comments below. Have a nice day and thanks for coming onto my blog :)

Lockdown writing!
I wake up, jump out of bed and run to open my light buttercup colored curtains. I run out of room and slide down the wooden rustic stairs. I stop for a second and admire the shimmering sky with the pearl candy floss looking clouds. The clouds look like the candy floss that I got from the carnival I went to with the bonkers clowns. I grab my boots and they barely fit me as if they are giant sized shoes. I sprint to the kitchen and grab a bright yellow banana that's sitting in the fruit bowl. Rush out the door and see my parents painting the chicken choup. Before I even tell them where i'm going they already know as if they were mind readers. I sprint out to the yard with all the pasley coloured grass with rusty hard golden hay plumbed outfit of the cherry red barn. I painted the barn red with cherries on it because it looked boring. I live on a farm with all types of wonderful different animals. I get to the barn and I stop. I jump the motorcycle and zoom across from the house. I jump off the motorcycle and I go flying as it still skirts down the path way. I come across a big gate with the name Country road stables in big bold letters. I push through the gates and run to the front sliding door. I push it open and it slides and hits the wooden fence. I say hi to my uncle and as she's grabbing the horse cleaning set to go and brush the horses down. I offer him help but he sends me off to see if my horse is ok. As I stumble down the dark brown stairs I can hear my uncle chucking as he watches me go. I start to laugh but then my face turns serious and I look over top of the crate. I look at the brown and buttercup patched pony. I stare into the ponys deep glossy brown eyes and open the crate door. I drop myself on the hay and lay there with her. Once I've been there over 4 hours I have to go because my dinner is ready. I get up and give my pony and big hug and leave the crate. I get kinda sad when I have to leave my pony but I have to go. I drag my legs as the ache because I hit my leg on the crate so many times. I walk out and wave bye to my uncle. I hop on my grey old motorcycle and zoom home. I speed home at full speed of the vehicle and hop over the fence. I grab my motorcycle by the handles and try to drag it back into the barn. It feels like the weight of its breaking my arms. Soon enough I get close to the barn so I swing the motorcycle and it lands on the hay with a crash. I run inside when I can feel raindrops on my face dripping down onto the ground. I get to the door next to the white fences and the stone pillars, I walk inside and look at the coat rack and I see my favourite green hat I got for my 5th birthday from my auntie when we went to the drive in movie theater the popcorn there was so good so the cashier gave me a free bucket on the house. I take my boots off and sit them outside of the door and walk to the kitchen slightly slouching. I sit down and my dad brings me over a hot plate and places it on the ruffle place mat. I stick my fork into the meat and the hot air steams out of it.
For this I had my first online class and it went really well because I finished this story for it. I named it lock down writing because I didn't know what else to use for the title because it was a story we had to use at least 3 of the following objects in. The objects were, A lamp, a banana, a movie theatre, a baseball cap and a pony. Since I was gonna use the pony I decided that I would make this a horse story. I not into horse much I just thought it would be cool if I tried to do something different with my writing.
